MAXSAFE educates, designs, innovates, manufactures, sells, supplies, installs, audits, certifies and re-certifies high quality health and safety training, products and services.

MAXSAFE specialises in height, confined space and rescue Training. Products and Services that are legally required (NZ Health and Safety Work Act 2015) to keep persons (PCBU’s) safe whilst “conducting a business or undertaking” thereby preventing an injury or possible fatality.

We develop, design and sell solutions for all Industry, business or persons that work not only at height but also other various high risk hazardous situations such as confined space , underground works and rescue.

We are the ultimate “go to” supplier of specialised high risk training, products and services.

Mason Fisher 

Mason is a forward thinker and a problem solver. He has the management skills to achieve ultimate outcomes, firmly believing that nothing is impossible – a problem is merely a challenge to understand, manage and solve.

Mason has experience in Sales, Sales Management, FMG, Construction and Service Industries, Public Relations, Product Development and Manufacturing, Marketing, Import and Export and Multiple Level Distribution Networks. He is determined, focused and proud to be building the MAXSAFE businesses and is passionate about adding value for customers and safety with the development of products and innovations that have multi function and use benefits.

Paul Suisted

Paul is the man who will do what it takes to get the job done. He is the problem solver, solution provider and a natural people person. Paul is the backbone behind the operational side of the business and he’s the classic kiwi guy being very humble, utterly dependable who will do anything for anyone and has the traditional belief that a handshake is his word.

Paul has many years experience in construction, roofing and in scaffolding sector. He owned a construction business in America for 7 years where he built and roofed commercial buildings throughout the East Coast. Paul’s construction and roofing skills have played a big part in the development of new products. With his firm understanding of structural engineering we have been able to design, test and manufacture many “new to market” products. 

Certified ANSI/OSHA Z359-1926 Height Safety Trainer (recognised as one of the highest height safety training certificate competencies in NZ and the World).
